Where is the venue located?
We are located 10 minutes west of the Shiloh Road and King Avenue intersection.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 300 people in the barn. In warmer weather, we can accommodate even more in the patio/grassy area.
Are you open year-round?
Will you have two events at the same time?
No, when renting the barn, the area is only rented to one party.
What all is included with the barn rental?
All tables, chairs, large catering kitchen, built-in bar area, large men/women bathrooms, 2 coat closets, large lounge/dressing room, outside patio with table and chairs, front pond with dock and pavilion, and large parking lot (handicap spaces available).
Are the facilities available for an overnight stay?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have onsite overnight lodging available. However, we have several partnerships with local Hotels to provide discounted lodging and transportation to/from the facility.
Do you provide linens?
We do have a limited supply of white and black linens available for rent or we can offer suggestions of a great vendor for linens. They can deliver/pickup directly to the Venue for your convenience.
Can we bring in our own caterer?
Yes, we can also provide a vendor list of amazing caterers in the area.
Can we bring in our own bar?
Camelot Ranch has an exclusive bar relationship with a local Vendor who is properly licensed and insured. No outside liquor is permitted.
Do you have a place for the bridal party to get ready?
Yes, our beautiful loft area is available for rent as well. The Loft has a private dressing room area with a large custom mirror, sitting area, interior balcony, kitchenette with a large island, 3 hair stations, 2 makeup bars, a full bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower, and a large exterior deck/balcony overlooking the property.
Can I hold both my ceremony and reception in the barn?
Yes, we have seating charts available to show how we can set up the area for you.
What is your curfew?
Last call is at 11:45 PM. Clean up and removal of all personal items must be out by 1 AM. The cleaning crew will arrive by 1:15 AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
When Camelot Ranch reserves an Event date for a customer we have turned down other potential customers wishing to use the Venue on that particular date. This is why a nonrefundable Reservation Fee is collected at the time of booking. And if cancellation takes place on or after the Payment Due Date, the entire Rental Fee is considered non-refundable. This cancellation policy is not intended to be punitive, but reflects lost business opportunities in reserving the Venue for a different event in a short time frame. But if a simple date change is needed after reservation has been made, Camelot Ranch will make a reasonable effort to transfer reservations to support the new date as long as it is available.
Is there a decorating policy?
Yes, we have a few simple guidelines for you to follow listed in our contract.
Do you provide insurance or do we?
We ask anyone renting the facilities to contact their insurance company and ask for “Day of Event” coverage. Camelot is also insured.
Does the barn have heating and air conditioning?
Do you have a dance floor?
In our seating charts, we accommodate a large space for dancing.
Do you allow pets?
We do not allow guests to bring in pets unless they are a service dog, however, we do make an exception if a bride and groom wish to have a dog as a ring bearer.
Is there parking?
Yes, we do have a large parking lot approximately 100 yards from the barn with additional handicap parking in front of the barn.
Do you have a place for the Groomsmen to get ready?
Yes, there is a lounge/dressing room available on the main floor included in the Venue rental. This area has a small kitchenette, TV and private dressing area.
